Thank you for deciding to attend the WANENMACHER'S TULSA ARMS SHOW. This is the original show in Tulsa and the WORLD'S LARGEST GUN
SHOW. Celebrating over 50 years of fine shows!
RULES - YOU MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
1.>>> All
GUNS MUST BE UNLOADED AND TIED INOPERABLE. Ties will be available at the show for 20/$1.
2. You must be sure each gun is
unloaded and tied:
a.
Before it is placed on your table.
b.
Before allowing anyone to handle it.
c.
When any gun is handed to you or returned to your table.
3. No ammo in reach of guns that it will
fit into.
4. Not allowed are: Full automatic
firearms, bulk black powder, bombs, grenades, etc.
We are
concerned about your safety.
5. Any
publication or video which shows how to violate the law is prohibited,
including but not limited to, booby
traps, bombs, terrorist activity unless
related to safety and prevention of such.
6. Non-gun
items must have prior approval. Gun or knife tables may have no more than 10%
non-gun items.
7. Items found offensive by the show management will be removed
from your table.
8. No soliciting in the aisles.
No raffles without prior approval.
9. No food sales without prior approval for each show.
10. You
are urged, for your protection, to obtain and furnish identification
for all sales.

Note–Closing time is 4:00 PM on Sunday.
Please make an extra effort to stay until 4:00PM.
If you
know in advance you will be unable to stay until 4PM,
Please request tables near a loading door (at west end of upper level &
south east on the lower level). When
you leave, ask a neighbor to cover your space. However, if you leave early
without making the above arrangements
we will be forced to change your table
location for the next show.

ANIMALS in the building. Fairgrounds will require you to remove dogs!
13.
No electric wires
on aisle floors.
14.
Observe all applicable firearm laws. (We have no unusual local or state laws.)
15.
NO SUBLEASING. All tables
not used by exhibitor of record will revert back to show with no refund.
16.
You must sign a Liability Release, Prior
to set-up.
17.
Tulsa Arms Show reserves the right to change your table location
at any time, without prior notice.
18.
If you are not set up at show time, 8:00am Saturday, your table(s) will be sold to those on waiting list.
21.
Failure to abide by these rules will result in the forfeiture
of your tables without a refund.
EXHIBITOR HOURS We urge you to man your table(s) during exhibitor
hours.
Friday: 1:00 p.m. - 8:00
p.m.
Saturday: 7:30 a.m. - 6:15 p.m.
Sunday: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
SPECTATOR HOURS Tables must be manned during
spectator hours!
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
SHOW SECURITY: We maintain
a large security force to help protect your items. However, we cannot be responsible for items lost, stolen, or
damaged. Please help by reporting any
suspicious activity to the guards. During set up and all exhibitor hours, you
are responsible for the security of your own merchandise. At night you may take
any or all of your items with you. Any
stolen, lost, or missing items are your loss. We will maintain the same
security at night as in the past.

NEXT SHOW RESERVATIONS FOR EXACT SAME TABLES MUST BE MADE BEFORE 6:00PM SATURDAY. Please help us by turning in your "EXPRESS"
Registration envelope with check on Friday or early Saturday. Cashiers will
be available to those paying cash for same tables from 2:00 to
6:00 PM on Saturday. (LAST CHANCE IS SATURDAY EVENING) Unclaimed tables are open to others on
SUNDAY AT NOON. NO RESERVATIONS taken on Sunday
before noon. Next Show Date: APRIL
2 & 3, 2010
If a show is not held, or not held for full duration, for reasons beyond control of Tulsa Gun Show, Inc., no refund will be issued.
