EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

*All non-related tables must be approved by Joe Wanenmacher (Very few non-related tables are accepted. Absolutely No toys, no candy, no food items, no drinks, no nutritional items, no handbags, no makeup, no hair products or accessories, no clothes, no non-gun antiques, no t-shirts, no flowers or flea market junk.)

Electricity is available for an additional $50 (bring 100' cord)

Reserve tables early! When our supply of approximately 2,800 8 ft. tables are assigned, 6 ft. tables will be assigned at the same price per table. Perimeter (wall) tables are all 6 ft. Typically the 8 ft. tables book up from show to show and 6 ft tables are all we have left.

Friday Load in is 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Please don't show up Friday at 8:00am expecting to set up your tables.

Exhibitor badges and table assignments will be given out at 1:00 PM

A Little Something About Us

We get buyers with money to spend - Typically our spectators save up for 4 to 6 months, but many never have to worry about saving! More money walks into this show than any other show on the planet! They come from almost every state and from many foreign countries. If buyers are willing to travel half way across the U.S. or, in many cases halfway around the world, they are serious buyers.

We have the best attended two day event at the Tulsa State Fairgrounds. This is a real advantage if you sell lower price items such as grips, clips, books and accessories. Of course, larger crowds include more "high rollers" interested in very expensive merchandise.

Great Facilities - The Exposition Building at Expo Square (Tulsa Fairgrounds) - Over 3700 tables in one huge 11 acre room - loading carts with help available for a reasonable price - heated & air conditioned - plenty of nearby parking - improved lighting - good food concessions and a cafeteria adjoining the showroom. We have the parking shuttles for the north overflow lots so the public can park and not have to walk too far. They should be in better spirits when they come in.

Advertising - Largest budget in the gun show business. We spend a fortune advertising on all media - billboards, television, radio, www, and bulk mailouts. Conventional and unique advertising methods insure qualified buyers.

Security - The best of any gun show. 24 hour armed guards for around the clock protection. We use experienced law enforcement officers.

Service - we are here to serve you. From time our courteous professional staff greets you with a smile until you drive out Sunday evening, our goal is to make your weekend pleasant and productive.

Convenience - We do not have any unusual (or restrictive) state or local gun laws.
